Kassidy's Newborn Photo Shoot

I took these pictures of Kassidy just one day shy of her 2-week birthday.

Here's how it went down.

I fed her so I'd have a happy baby. I kept her awake so I'd have a tired baby. I stripped her down to her birthday suit so I could take pictures of a naked baby.

Then I went outside. And Kassidy woke up. And she was no longer a happy, tired baby.

And poor Brady was in charge of posing her and trying to keep her happy while I snapped pictures as fast as I could. But Kassidy wanted to prove that she was not happy with me, so she peed on my scarf.

"Dang Kassidy!" as Pryce would say.

But, I wouldn't give up, and I think that these pictures speak for themselves. And I know that I will never, ever, ever, ever become a baby photographer. Ever.

My baby looks like what?

Kassidy is three weeks old today. You know I pride myself on always being different, but I'm about to make the most cliche comment ever.

Time really does fly by. They weren't lying to me.

And, in three short weeks, I've been told that Kassidy looks like me. Then she morphs into Brady. Then she resembles Teagan. And, my new favorite — she looks just like my sister.

So, I thought I'd put together some baby pictures and have you tell me who you think she actually looks like. There is no wrong answer here guys. I just need help figuring out who gets the bragging rights.

So, here are pictures of my baby.

And, here are your three choices for the Kassidy look-a-like contest.

Ready. Set. Guess!

Kassidy Reese | Birth Announcement Design

I took this photo with Brady's help after Kassidy turned two weeks old. And she peed on all my awesome props. But that's okay, because I think my final design says it all.

Our little Texas angel in Daddy's guitar on a quilt my Grandma made. What could be cuter?

This is what happens when you don't leave the house

This is delivered by the FedEx lady.

Our new GPS. Now we won't get lost in Franklin.

Then this is delivered by the UPS guy.

New flatscreen TV for the bedroom...for those early morning feedings.

And, finally, this is delivered by a second FedEx lady.

New binoculars so we can check out the deer on the back of our property.
And so I can make sure Brady is working.

Three packages in one day.

Stupid internet. You don't even have to leave the house anymore to spend money.

And you don't even have to wait until Christmas to see the excitement from your husband as each package arrives.

Happy early birthday Brady. I promised you a baby, but it looks like you got so much more.
